OUR MISSION
We are a dedicated group of Villages homeowners committed to safeguarding the health and future of our beloved community. Our mission is to support community leaders who volunteer their time, care deeply for our neighborhoods, and uphold their fiduciary duties with integrity. These dedicated individuals are unpaid volunteers who generously donate their time and energy to serving others.
OUR PAST
Our Villages community has faced significant challenges due to past abusive spending and mismanagement. Nearly $200,000 was misappropriated by former board members as a result of their conflicts of interest. Here’s a brief history of how unethical leadership led to unchecked misuse of our funds:

OUR FUTURE
To protect our community’s assets, we elected honest leaders who implemented an ethics policy and ended conflicts of interest. Now, those who benefited from past corruption are trying to restore old, unethical practices by recalling these honest leaders, threatening the integrity of our community. To ensure a healthy future, it is vital to support leaders committed to integrity and ethical decision-making.
KEEP AN HONEST BOARD
OUR VOTE
These dedicated neighbors demonstrate true commitment to ethical leadership by conducting thorough financial reviews, participating in board training, and volunteering for all community events. From community clean up to meeting preparations, they have consistently made themselves available to help on a volunteer basis without compensation. We are grateful for these leaders who go above and beyond for our community, prioritizing the common good over personal gain.
